The story behind the picture.

A smile.

My dears, this wonderful smile hides such a beautiful, yet sad story.

You would say we're having fun, mostly yes, we are, but it's not about fun here, it's about socializing. I'll tell you a story:

In our job we hear many stories about life, as is the case here. Mr. T. is a very nice old man of 83, his wife Mrs. C. is our client, Mr. T. and Mrs. C. have been married for more than 50 years, in all that time the two have been inseparable. They met through their passion, music. They loved each other and they love each other like the first day. You can see this in his dedication to spending every moment with his wife. For years he stayed at home and took care of his wife, he hasn't left the house at all for at least 2 years, so my colleague and I decided to surprise him and take him out for a walk. My colleague stayed for two hours with our client and I went with Mr. T. to play snooker at a club, where he has been a member for years.

My dears, for the 120 minutes this experience lasted, this nice old man, forgot his worries, forgot his troubles, and smiled, laughed and was happy. So much did these two hours of interaction with other people change him, so happy did they make him, I have no words to describe.

My dears, life always teaches us something new, today we learned that we cannot live alone, we need interaction, we need smiles and laughter, we need love and happiness.

To love is a great thing, but to love unconditionally is an even greater thing.
